L’optimisation de la mise à disposition de lits et l’amélioration de la recherche de lits d’aval en SSR

Abstract

Dans le cas où un établissement voit sa capacité en lits provisoirement réduite du fait, par exemple, de travaux, se pose la question du maintien de la capacité d'accueil des services touchés. Il convient alors de planifier au mieux la mise à disposition de lits par l'ensemble des pôles ce qui conduit à s'interroger sur la recherche de lits d'aval en externe. Ce numéro de «Finances Hospitalières» présente la première partie de cette étude ; la seconde sera proposée dans le numéro suivant. Notons que cette démarche est aussi présentée dans un ouvrage qui vient de paraître traitant du contrôle de gestion à l'hôpital, co-écrit avec Patrick Médée et Yvan Pérard (1).
