Abstract

Ses nombreuses publications et l'encadrement de dizaines de thèses de doctorat attestent du rayonnement de la pensée de Michel GERVAIS. Ses deux manuels, Contrôle de gestion et Stratégie de l'entreprise, reflets de sa perception du domaine, sont des références incontournables en sciences de gestion, tout comme la revue Finance Contrôle Stratégie dont il est le co-fondateur. À l'IGR-IAE de Rennes, il a créé le premier diplôme alliant système d'information et contrôle de gestion (DESS SICG, devenu master SICG). Il laisse ainsi son empreinte sur plusieurs générations d'étudiants et d'enseignants. Par cet ouvrage contenant des contributions consacrées aux thèmes qui lui sont chers, ses proches collègues ont souhaité lui offrir un témoignage de leur reconnaissance et de leur amitié. Le lecteur trouvera ainsi des apports actuels sur : – la comptabilité de gestion, – le contrôle de gestion et le pilotage de la performance, – le contrôle de gestion des fonctions, – le contrôle de gestion sectoriel (hôpital, secteur public, BTP, banque), – la stratégie et la gouvernance.
