Abstract

La solidarité est une valeur dont les organisations font aujourd'hui l'une des composantes de leur responsabilité sociale, sociétale et environnementale. Les organisations sont, de plus en plus, confrontées aux nécessités de la solidarité. Elles souhaitent favoriser les comportements solidaires chez leurs salariés. Elles étudient les moyens d'intégrer des objectifs de solidarité dans leurs politiques RH et parmi leurs valeurs. La solidarité est aussi une valeur qui motive les engagements professionnels d'un nombre croissant de personnes. L'économie sociale et solidaire se développe dans de nombreux domaines. L'ambition de cet ouvrage est de réunir les contributions et témoignages de dirigeants, de praticiens, d'experts et d'enseignants chercheurs convaincus que la solidarité est une des conditions du développement durable. Il présentera des expériences françaises et étrangères susceptibles d'alimenter la réflexion et l'action des dirigeants avec environ 40 à 50 coauteurs fonctionnant en binômes ou trinômes, 20 à 25 universitaires francophones ayant travaillé sur les différentes problématiques de la solidarité et 20 à 25 responsables et DRH impliqués dans des pratiques innovantes de solidarité dans des entreprises et autres organisations et dans l'économie sociale et solidaire.
