Abstract

L'emploi de travailleurs intérimaires est une stratégie utilisée par les entreprises qui veulent externaliser des activités réalisées jusqu'alors en interne ou pour gérer une partie de leur main d'oeuvre. Pourvoyeuses de ce type d'emploi, les agences d'intérims suivent une double logique de localisation : une logique économique, qui consiste à se rapprocher des principaux clients; une logique spatiale, qui opère par une diffusion du haut vers le bas de la hiérarchie urbaine.
