Abstract

Après avoir présenté, dans le volume 1, la comptabilité analytique hospitalière, outil fondamental du contrôle de gestion, les auteurs décrivent dans ce second volume le positionnement, l'activité et les instruments supplémentaires auxquels le contrôleur de gestion doit faire appel dans le cadre de sa mission. Au-delà des approches quantitatives indispensables, sur lesquelles ils reviennent abondamment, les auteurs insistent particulièrement sur la nécessaire collaboration qui doit exister entre les gestionnaires et les soignants dans le cadre de l'installation d'un dialogue de gestion ne s'encombrant pas de préjugés ni de soupçons. L'absence, dans l'établissement, d'un tel climat de confiance, risquerait en effet de conduire au rejet d'une gouvernance des moyens rendue indispensable dans un contexte de ressources collectives limitées, tant au niveau humain qu'au niveau financier.
