Abstract

La recherche de la sécurité énergétique est aujourd'hui au centre du débat stratégique conduit par les nations sans cesse préoccupées par l'approvisionnement versus la demande en énergie et leurs importantes répercussions aussi bien aux plans politique, économique, social, environnemental et commercial. L'objectif de cet article est de tenter de poser un diagnostic et de proposer des pistes de réflexion afin d'optimiser la nouvelle organisation du secteur électrique en Russie suite aux réformes, pour contribuer à la sauvegarde de la sécurité énergétique électrique.
