Vulnérabilité, risque et performance en Supply Chain Management - Proposition et validation d'un modèle conceptuel

Abstract

Cet article cherche à étudier, pour une chaíne logistique, les relations entre sa vulnérabilité, ses principaux risques et sa performance. Pour cela, un modèle de recherche conceptuel a été élaboré, grace à une revue de la littérature, et testé statistiquement par des données quantitatives, collectées fin 2012 auprès de 40 supply chain managers d'entreprises marocaines de l'agroalimentaire. Les résultats montrent (1) que la vulnérabilité d'une chaîne logistique influence l'importance des risques liés à cette chaîne logistique, et (2) que sa performance est influencée non seulement par sa vulnérabilité mais également par ses risques et particulièrement par les risques liés aux approvisionnements. Ces résultats conduisent à insister sur l'importance d'un Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) tourné vers l'amont.
