Abstract

En este trabajo se presenta el proceso de aplicación de una auditoria al sistema de gestión de calidad de un programa de postgrado, el cual consiste básicamente en articular y probar un proceso de auditoria del sistema de gestión de calidad con la finalidad de elaborar un informe de auditoria del sistema de gestión de calidad sobre el desempeño del Programa de Postgrado, considerando los criterios y directrices básicas para la auditoría de los sistemas de gestión de la calidad y/o ambiental (ISO 19011:2002) y los criterios y normas de evaluación externa para la acreditación de universidades y escuelas politécnicas previstos especialmente por el CONEA y, determinar la validez de la metodología de auditoria del sistema de gestión de calidad a los Programa de Postgrado. Se utilizará al Programa de Estudios de Postgrado en Artes de la Universidad de Cuenca como caso de estudio.
