Abstract

During the experimentation of the Portfolio of experiences and Skills covers thirteen universities at license level, the Portfolio was deployed in twenty-five universities at all levels, this before delivering a final evaluation report which should precede a possible generalization of the device. In this particular context, the evaluation combining quantitative and qualitative methods can provide a critical look at what type of social experimentations, particularly on the economic and political dynamics that underlie them.
