Abstract

Le GTES est un groupe de travail du Céreq qui rassemble une quarantaine de membres, chargés d'études des observatoires universitaires, enseignants-chercheurs et chercheurs du Céreq et de ses centres associés. L'une de ses dernières publications porte sur l'évaluation des universités à partir d'une analyse critique des nouveaux usages des indicateurs d'établissements pour la mesure de la performance. Le dossier sur ce sujet comporte trois contributions qui interrogent chacune à leur manière ce nouvel usage des indicateurs d'insertion : validité scientifique, pertinence d'une cible unique, écarts entre les usages annoncés et les usages réels. Il est précédé d'une introduction qui rappelle le contexte dans lequel ces nouveaux usages des indicateurs quantifiés sont développés dans l'enseignement supérieur, à savoir la mise en place d'instrument de type nouvelle gestion publique.
