Les "Syal-coopératives" au Nicaragua : un outil d'écodéveloppement

Abstract

La souveraineté alimentaire du Nicaragua est assurée en grande partie par des petits paysans, souvent regroupés en coopératives. L'objectif de ce texte est double. Il cherche tout d'abord à vérifier que le Syal peut constituer une grille de lecture pertinente pour interpréter les faits stylisés construits à partir d'une recherche de terrain. Il teste ensuite la compatibilité de ces "Syal-coopératives" avec l'écodéveloppement de Sachs, et par suite, leur capacité à intégrer des préoccupations environnementales dans l'organisation des productions agricoles.
