Abstract

A l'occasion de deux journées d'étude en septembre et novembre 2012, les laboratoires Ladyss et ICT de l'université Paris-Diderot ont proposé quelques éléments d'une mise en perceptive pluridisciplinaire sur le thème " L'évolution du rôle sociétal de l'entreprise en Europe du xixe au xxie siècle " (1). Ces deux moments de travail se sont articulés l'un à partir de l'ESS, l'autre à propos de la responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise (RSE), de façon à mettre en discussion des voies tout à fait singulières, et de fait en rivalité, quant à leur légitimité et à leur capacité à traiter de " responsabilité globale " des entreprises dans la société, voire de démocratie dans les rapports de production. Plusieurs articles de ce court dossier en sont issus ; d'autres publications suivront.
