Abstract

This paper reviews the outcomes of a change process implemented in a Belgian subsidiary related to a New York Stock Exchange listed American group. We present the achievements we observed by applying SEAM change management method that has been experimented by French research centre ISEOR. This intervention research case is a great example of how a top management team put ardor and strength in piloting organizational change, making and bearing the implementation of tough decisions about economic savings. The paper also shows what role intervener researchers played through the process.
