Cet ouvrage s'adresse à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent découvrir la Gestion des Ressources Humaines et comprendre ses enjeux, en particulier les étudiants de BTS Tertiaires, les étudiants des cursus universitaires en gestion (DUT, Licences, Licences Professionnelles, Masters...) et les étudiants en Écoles de Management.
