Abstract

Cet article traite de la Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise et expose plus précisément le cas de méthodes et outils de gestion mis en oeuvre dans une grande entreprise de l'agro-alimentaire française. Ce cas illustre quel traitement managérial et quels indicateurs peuvent être mobilisés pour permettre à une entreprise d'insuffler une dynamique responsable en créant des normes et des pratiques rénovées de gestion des hommes.
