Abstract

e nombreux travaux théoriques ou empiriques sont consacrés ces dernières années aux changements fondamentaux qui s'opèrent dans les organisations et sur la structuration de formes organisa tionnelles nouvelles. Ettighoffer et Van Beneden (2000) considèrent que les organisations du XXIe siècle se métamorphosent pour créer de la valeur. Pour les auteurs, l'avènement des méta-organisations représente une inflexion stratégique majeure, l'innovation organisationnelle devient un facteur-clé de compétitivité. Cela se traduit par une dématérialisation visant la création de richesse par intégration d'intelligence. Cette notion de méta-organisations qualifie des entreprises en réseau ou des grappes d'entreprises qui coopèrent fortement entre elles. Les NTIC favorisent le travail collaboratif, et s'avèrent nécessaires pour contrer l'obsolescence des connaissances.
