Abstract

Après trente années de recherches sur l'analyse des processus de changement et de la performance globale durable des organisations privées et publiques, la présente note esquisse le programme de recherches des dix prochaines années de notre équipe, défini à partir de l'observation scientifique rapprochée des difficultés rencontrées actuellement par les entreprises et les organisations publiques et associatives face à la complexité grandissante de leur environnement externe. La perspective adoptée dans cette note exploratoire est celle d'un essai de modélisation de l'environnement normatif des organisations. Cette modélisation rudimentaire en quatre pôles de normalisation doit être considérée comme une hypothèse de travail pour un réseau d'équipes de recherche françaises et étrangères en cours de constitution.
