Abstract

Dans la conduite du changement dans les organisations, la mise en place de nouvelles normes est la solution la plus pratiquée, mais cen'est pas la panacée. Une vision panoramique de l'évolution des progrès de l'industrie humaine nous éclaire sur le monde d'aujourd'hui avec ses travers et ses réussites. En effet, les normes commerciales, sociales, juridiques et comptables, qualité et environnementales, issues du développement scientifique, créées par l'homme et pour l'homme sont pléthores. Mais l'homme ne subit-il pas davantage ces contraintes (contradictions, poids, dérives) qu'il ne les apprécie vraiment ? Sa liberté, sa créativité, sa générosité ne se seraient-elles pas étiolées... au profit d'une normalisation excessive ?
