L'Indicateur De Stress Est-Il Revelateur De La Realite De La Crise De L'Entreprise ?

Abstract

Le stress, au travers du bien-être et de l'efficacité au travail, est désormais pris sérieusement en compte par le ministère du travail de l'emploi et de la santé (" Travailler mieux, la santé et la sécurité au travail "), afin d'agir sur la question de la prévention et de la gestion des risques psychosociaux dans les entreprises et organisations. L'impact du stress (suicides, dépressions, TMS, AVC, ...) sur la rentabilité de l'entreprise est avéré. De nombreuses études (BIT, INRS, BDF,...) montrent que le stress joue sur la baisse de la rentabilité des entreprises. De sorte que si l'on diminue les facteurs à l'origine d'un niveau de stress élevé, on augmente la rentabilité. C'est notre hypothèse principale. Nous nous interrogerons donc sur la recherche des éléments qui jouent dans la création du stress et essaierons de démontrer par une analyse d'un panel d'entreprises le modèle sous-jacent.
