Abstract

Aujourd'hui la notion d'écosystème d'affaires conceptualise la prolifération des relations, des interactions et des réseaux d'affaires dans l'économie mondiale. Basé sur la mutualisation des ressources et des compétences, guidé par une vision commune orientant le développement d'une offre commune source de création de valeur partagée, les écosystèmes d'affaires sont unanimement caractérisés par la forte hétérogénéité de leur communauté : une grande diversité d'entreprises en interaction entre elles et avec des organismes publics non moins diversifiés (des centres de recherches, universités, collectivités territoriales, ministères,...). Dans cet article, nous nous efforçons d'identifier comment se maillent les interactions entre entreprises privées et organismes publics au sein d'un écosystème d'affaires et comment un acteur public parvient à jouer le rôle d'initiateur puis de développeur d'un écosystème d'affaires.
