Abstract

Le développement de la circulation des marchandises et des personnes ainsi que la saturation des marchés locaux dans les pays développés incitent les entreprises à déployer des stratégies de plus en plus internationalisées. Au-delà du montant prévisionnel de l'investissement, la décision d'investir dans une SI dépend du montant et de la rapidité du retour de l'investissement. Notre question de recherche se résume ainsi : comment évaluer et mesurer l'investissement intégral, c'est-à-dire à la fois tangible et intangible, d'une SI, et son retour ? Notre hypothèse est qu'un modèle d'évaluation des coûts-performances visibles et cachés de l'internationalisation, à l'aide d'une balance économique enrichit la qualité de décision et le pilotage de la mise en œuvre de l'internationalisation.
