Abstract

Les circuits courts bénéficient d'un intérêt institutionnel croissant, pour autant l'hétérogénéité des pratiques constitue un défi à ce soutien. En particulier, la proximité relationnelle qui caractérise les circuits courts en Limousin ne serait pas un phénomène passager lié à une dynamique d'émergence mais une propriété durable qui induit un mode d'accompagnement spécifique. Cet accompagnement se caractérise par un recours plus important à la formation par les pairs et un rôle croissant des politiques publiques à l'échelon local.
