Abstract

Cette note de lecture présente et analyse l'ouvrage "Dictionnaire critique de la RSE" sous la direction de de Nicolas Postel et Richard Sobel, édité par les Presses universitaires du Septentrion en 2013. Dans un premier temps, elle s'intéresse à l'originalité de ce dictionnaire résidant dans la singularité de la démarche retenue qui est d'offrir une lecture institutionnaliste de la RSE. Dans un second temps, elle explique ce en quoi ce dictionnaire est "critique". Enfin elle traite de ses objectifs et limites.
