Abstract

Cet atelier porte sur les mutations économiques et environnementales. Les interventions questionneront la formation tout au long de la vie et la reconnaissance des compétences acquises en situation de travail. Nous aborderons également l'aide à l'insertion dans un contexte économique défavorable, qui fragilise les publics les plus vulnérables mais également d'autres catégories, telles que les jeunes diplômés du supérieur. L'urgence de cette situation ne doit pas faire oublier les questions sociales comme celles de l'inégalité d'accès à l'emploi entre les hommes et les femmes, ainsi que les impératifs de prise en charge des contraintes environnementales dans le développement des nouveaux secteurs, appelés "verts" ou "verdissants". Ce sont ces situations que nos intervenants vont interroger, à la fois par le biais d'une étude locale sur la validation des acquis de l'expérience (VAE), d'une recherche-action régionale sur la place des femmes dans le développement de l'économie verte, et enfin sur l'évaluation d'une allocation ciblée pour les jeunes diplômés.
