Abstract

Comment réaliser un changement dans une organisation ? Comment mettre en place une conduite de projet pour mener ce changement ? Comment aider l'organisation à élaborer et accepter ce projet en y associant ses membres ? En proposant une méthode originale, une sélection d'outils et des attitudes professionnelles pour le chargé de projet, cet ouvrage aide au développement de compétences professionnelles susceptibles de favoriser une gestion efficace des petits et grands changements organisationnels. Tout au long des chapitres, une place importante est donnée aux exemples commentés de résolution de situations d'intervention dans les organisations (regroupements de services, gestion de doublons, informatisations, développement de nouvelles structures, réorganisations de systèmes de travail...). L'ouvrage propose également une étude de cas longitudinale corrigée. Dans toutes les situations d'organisation présentées, l'accent est mis sur l'utilisation de méthodes participatives de pilotage du changement.
