Abstract

Le but de cet article est de mieux comprendre l'impact des compétences de base (littératie, numératie et la compréhension d'écoute) sur la participation au marché du travail et l'accès à l'emploi, dans un contexte d'enrichissement généralisé du contenu du travail. L'hypothèse principale est que le diplôme, en tant que déterminant important de l'employabilité, filtre imparfaitement le niveau de compétences de base des individus. Plus précisément, pour une demande de travail donnée, nous supposons qu'à chaque situation correspond un niveau de compétences de base.
