Abstract

L'objectif de ce travail est de mettre en lumière les défauts de l'édifice institutionnel européen qui compromettent la soutenabilité de la monnaie unique et d'analyser l'impact qu'ils ont pu avoir sur l'aggravation des déséquilibres de l'économie grecque. Il s'agit en premier lieu des coûts de compétitivité et en croissance liés au Marché unique et aux normes de politiques économiques européennes. En second lieu, ce sont des risques de chocs asymétriques et des coûts liés au policy-mix européen qui réduisent considérablement la capacité de mise en place de politiques stabilisatrices. Enfin, ces coûts conduisent à des déséquilibres réels et financiers croissants aux dépens de pays européens moins développés.
