Abstract

MASTER Ressources Humaines présente un ensemble de connaissances nécessaires pour aborder puis exercer des responsabilités dans la fonction ressources humaines. Pour les étudiants de formation initiale ou de formation continue, la mémorisation des éléments essentiels ainsi que l'apprentissage des bonnes décisions sont facilités par une présentation alliant exemples pratiques et éléments de réflexion. L'ouvrage s'adresse également à ceux qui, déjà engagés dans la fonction RH, ont besoin d'un manuel de référence permettant de disposer des meilleures pratiques ainsi que des théories les plus récentes. Les co-auteurs (1) ont mis en commun leur expérience pour écrire un ouvrage qui couvre les différents aspects de la fonction Ressources humaines telle qu'elle est enseignée dans la plupart des établissements concernés et qu'elle est pratiquée dans les entreprises performantes.
