Abstract

Ce papier propose une analyse approfondie des principes culturels fondateurs du coopérativisme, de la diffusion des valeurs et des modes de contrôle au niveau international d'un groupe coopératif. Les contraintes de la mondialisation viennent affecter les logiques internes de démocratie participative et de relations de pouvoir en limitant les marges de manœuvre du système coopératif notamment dans les filiales en Amérique Latine de ce grand groupe.
