Abstract

La lutte contre la vie chère en outre-mer se matérialise dorénavant par une loi qui entend rompre avec les traditions réglementaires de ces territoires. Pourtant, les débats parlementaires successifs ont largement entamé cette belle ambition et il est à craindre que le résultat final ne soit pas à la hauteur des attentes des ultramarins.
