Abstract

Cette communication porte sur la configuration et la coordination de la chaîne de valeur dans les entreprises internationalisées. L'étude empirique est fondée sur une enquête par questionnaire menée auprès de 95 constructeurs et fournisseurs de l'industrie automobile allemande. Les résultats obtenus montrent les choix effectués par ces entreprises en matière de configuration et de coordination des activités internationales. Ils révèlent que les entreprises automobiles allemandes affichent une préférence pour une localisation des activités en Europe occidentale, notamment en Allemagne, et pour l'utilisation de mécanismes de coordination qui s'appuient sur le contrôle personnel direct.
