Abstract

Quelles sont les incidences de la loi française sur la gestion et l'intégration des seniors dans les entreprises françaises ? Après avoir rappelé les obligations légales en matière de négociation d'un Accord et Plan d'Action Senior depuis 2010, cet article analyse comment une grande société française, Electricité et Réseau Distribution de France (ERDF), a réalisé un diagnostic et fait évoluer ses pratiques afin d'améliorer l'intégration des salariés de plus de 50 ans sous l'impulsion de la loi. Au-delà des lois, pour réussir le défi de l'intégration des seniors, l'entreprise est obligée de repenser la relation avec tous ses salariés.
