Les responsables administratifs de centres de santé dentaire : des emplois en tension entre gestion et animation

Abstract

L'activité des responsables administratives de centre de santé dentaire se caractérise par une importante polyvalence. Elles assument la responsabilité de l'activité du centre sur le plan technique, financier et humain. Autonome dans l'exercice de leur fonction, leurs missions sont multiples, de l'accueil des patients à l'animation des équipes pluridisciplinaires de l'établissement. Considérées par l'entreprise comme des relais de la direction, à l'image de l'ensemble des professions intermédiaires, la diversité de leurs activités rend particulièrement difficile leur positionnement vis-à-vis des autres salariés, en particulier des professionnels de santé avec lesquels elles n'ont aucun lien hiérarchique. Ces emplois sont traditionnellement pourvus via la promotion interne, mais des évolutions s'amorcent avec un recours récent au recrutement sur le marché externe, et la mise en place d'un tutorat d'accompagnement pour répondre aux difficultés rencontrées dans l'occupation de ce poste complexe.
