Les facteurs de réussite des Alliances Asymétriques entre PME et Grandes Entreprises Internationales

Abstract

L'ouverture à l'international ne semble plus être une opportunité de développement ou de croissance pour la PME mais plutôt une alternative pour persister à la concurrence mondiale et donc une nécessité pour survivre. Les cheminements qui peuvent s'offrir à la PME pour entrer aux marchés étrangers sont diverses : exportations, implantations ou encore coopération avec d'autres firmes. Ce dernier mode explique toutes les raisons pour lesquelles la PME peut s'internationaliser : accès à des nouveaux marchés, développement des synergies commerciales, démarrage d'une stratégie de diversification...Il répond facilement, et à moindre coûts, à ses besoins en savoirfaire, innovation et compétences managériales ; et lui garantie surtout le partage des responsabilités et du risque. Dans le cadre des collaborations entre firmes, nous choisirons d'étudier les alliances stratégiques comme forme d'internationalisation pour la PME. Plus précisément celles l'alliant avec des FMN ; des firmes de taille, de structure, de culture et de valeurs différentes. Ces alliances peuvent être appelées " alliances asymétriques ".
