Abstract

Pour répondre à la demande d'audits sociaux de qualité, il est apparu nécessaire de disposer d'auditeurs qualifiés pour ces missions spécifiques. La professionnalisation d'auditeurs sociaux repose sur deux piliers : une formation adaptée et une structure dédiée d'échange et de partage des pratiques. La création de l'IAS en 1982 correspond au besoin d'un lieu de partage d'expériences et de mise en commun de méthodologies entre praticiens. La formation de praticiens à l'audit social, second pilier, s'est structurée progressivement depuis les années 80 en France et dans le monde. Elle est en évolution permanente pour répondre à l'extension du champ des missions confiées aux auditeurs du social et de la RSE et au besoin de certification des compétences dans ce domaine.
