Abstract

Dans quelle mesure un organisme de Sécurité Sociale comme une Caisse d'Allocations Familiales, peut-il financer de nouvelles mesures de sa démarche de responsabilité sociétale, sans compromettre pour autant son équilibre budgétaire ? L'hypothèse centrale guidant notre cheminement se résumant ainsi : Une démarche de responsabilité sociétale encore plus aboutie qu'elle ne l'est aujourd'hui, peut-être financée par une reconversion des coûts-performances cachés au travers d'un diagnostic socio-économique. Il en résulte que le montant des coûts cachés potentiellement recouvrable par la mise en place d'un management socio-économique introduit par une intervention socio-économique fournit un niveau de financement supérieur à celui requis par la mise en place des mesures sociales, sociétales et écologiques envisagées.
