Abstract

La crise actuelle n'est pas passagère. C'est un profond séisme qui bouleversera pendant longtemps nos repères dans l'univers économique et social. Le chemin vers la prospérité durable sera long. C'est une opportunité exceptionnelle qui se présente. Les effets spectaculaires tels que faillites, fraudes, licenciements... de la crise actuelle ont été heureusement atténués par des actions de secourisme financier. L'incendie est éteint mais le feu couve, car les causes fondamentales des déséquilibres économiques et sociaux ne sont pas touchées. Cet ouvrage permet de découvrir une théorie pionnière, extraordinaire et originale, d'un grand économiste espagnol méconnu, inspirateur négligé du célèbre Keynes. Germán Bernácer explique que les crises récurrentes sont congénitales à l'existence des marchés spéculatifs : foncier, immobilier, œuvres d'art, marché financier à terme, bourse du commerce (matières, énergie...). Ces marchés spéculatifs regorgent de capitaux financiers, les attirent et les capturent. Ceux-ci font alors défaut dans les secteurs productifs où se crée la valeur réelle, assèchent leur financement et détruisent l'emploi. La suppression de la couche spéculative des jeux boursiers permettrait d'orienter les ressources vers des activités véritablement créatrices de valeur ajoutée, partageable entre les différentes parties prenantes. L'histoire se répète ... 1929 ... 2008...2012...
