Abstract

L'univers économique et social des entreprises est en perpétuel changement depuis une dizaine d'années, ce qui fragilise leur développement. La crise actuelle n'est pas passagère et bouleversera pendant encore longtemps tous nos repères mettant en " survie " un certain nombre d'entreprises. Néanmoins, la crise offre une opportunité de réinventer tout un système de structures et de comportements nécessaires à un ré-équilibre économique et social national et international. De nouveaux modes de fonctionnement internes et externes apparaissent, de nouveaux besoins des clients, des réglementations évolutives et de plus larges périmètres d'intervention contraignent fortement les entreprises et les organisations. Il est impératif, de répondre rapidement avec de nouvelles stratégies de gouvernance, de reprendre l'initiative créatrice face aux multiples instabilités, de trouver des systèmes de management innovant et de mettre en œuvre de nouvelles idées.
