Abstract

Les établissements sociaux sont des acteurs incontournables de la vie économique et sociale. Plusieurs questions légitimes se posent donc à leur encontre, parmi lesquelles les enjeux et les performances du secteur social et de l'insertion, le positionnement stratégique des établissements sociaux (concurrence, qualité des produits et des services, partenariats innovants...), la gouvernance, le financement et le management des établissements sociaux (performances sociales, autofinancement, financements publics et privés, hétérogénéité des parties prenantes...), ainsi que le développement durable et la responsabilité sociale. Depuis 1988, l'ISEOR organise un colloque annuel autour d'un thème central: " Qualité de l'entreprise et professionnalisme des consultants ". Il rassemble des consultants, experts, responsables d'entreprises et d'organisations publiques et privées. Le thème spécifique de cette dix-septième édition des actes du colloque 2004 est " Les enjeux et les performances des établissements sociaux: des défis surmontables? ".
