Théâtre et Management stratégique : des complémentarités naturelles ?

Abstract

Importé du Canada il y une vingtaine d'années, le " théâtre d'entreprise " en est encore à ses débuts en Europe, mais le marché est en plein essor, et les entreprises sont de plus en plus nombreuses à recourir à ce type d'intervention. L'objectif de cette communication est de montrer pourquoi les entreprises ont recours à ces pratiques issues du milieu artistique ou culturel, et, la question centrale de la recherche est la suivante : " la mobilisation des techniques théâtrales dans l'entreprise permet-elle d'améliorer l'efficacité des managers et du personnel de l'entreprise ? ".
