Abstract

L'objectif de cette communication est de présenter les résultats d'une recherche empirique effectuée auprès de cinq PME implantées dans la Région Rhône-Alpes. D'une part, les études de cas permettent d'illustrer la variété des approches retenues par les PME locales pour s'internationaliser, en insistant sur les modalités coopératives. D'autre part, elles montrent la complexité du processus d'internationalisation des PME qui résulte autant des contraintes de l'environnement des entreprises que de ses propres choix stratégiques.
