Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de montrer comment le théâtre peut être utilisé dans les cursus universitaires de formation au management. Nous nous appuyons pour cela sur le cas d'une expérimentation effectuée dans le département Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations de l'IUTA. Les résultats obtenus montrent la perception des étudiants sur l'utilisation de la pratique théâtrale dans l'enseignement supérieur et l'identification de ses principales vertus.
