Abstract

Le débat entre les approches qualitatives et quantitatives en science est relativement récent sur le plan épistémologique. Dans une discipline aussi jeune que les sciences de gestion, cette opposition s'est exprimée de manière plus ou moins tranchée au gré des courants de pensée et despositionnements épistémologiques positiviste ou constructiviste. Nous montrons ici que l'approche qualitative et quantitative ne sont en fait que deux façons d'appréhender une même réalité.
