Abstract

Quelle est la place de la déviance dans les situations de travail ? Comment est-elle prise en compte par le fonctionnement organisationnel et quelle dynamique entretient-elle avec les nonnes qui la portent et la définissent ? Comment cette dynamique des normes et de la déviance problématise l'action de management et de pilotage de l'organisation ? En nous appuyant sur les résultats de l'étude de l'organisation et du fonctionnement d'équipes de néonatologie, nous centrons notre réflexion sur les conditions du recours à la notion de déviance pour appréhender les problématiques managériales et sur la manière dont ces problématiques sont définies, à un niveau opérationnel, par les jeux des normes et de la déviance dans les situations de travail et de gestion elles-mêmes.
