Abstract

Le contrat formel ne permet pas à lui seul de gouverner les relations inter-entreprises et plus généralement, les transactions économiques. Il est nécessairement complété par une dimension relationnelle, d'origine sociale, qui s'avère centrale dans leur succès. C'est ce que Ian MacNeil s'est attaché à mettre en évidence au travers d'une oeuvre abondante et influente, mais cependant par trop souvent méconnue.
