Abstract

Compte tenu de l'incidence des modes de fonctionnement des établissements scolaires sur les acteurs internes, il nous semble légitime de nous pencher sur une approche locale de leur pilotage. Nous analyserons au cours de cette communication, la pertinence d'indicateurs qui engagent la responsabilité sociale de l'établissement, c'est-à-dire sa cohérence interne et son adaptation à son environnement. Cette démarche de terrain s'inscrit en complément des politiques d'évaluation de l'action publique, mises en œuvre dans le cadre de la LOLF. Nous nous appuyons sur les principes de l'analyse socio économique.
