Abstract

L'objet de cette recherche est d'analyser la transmission de l'entreprise avant l'acte de cession des parts sociales. La définition et la mise en place d'indicateurs sont capitales pour déceler les besoins indispensables pour pérenniser l'entreprise et trouver ainsi un repreneur adéquat. L'analyse comporte deux axes de recherche consistant à : - mettre en place et analyser des indicateurs pour valoriser l'entreprise et la transmettre à tout moment dans les meilleures conditions pour les deux parties ; - choisir le repreneur adéquat en fonction de l'analyse du besoin pour la pérennité de l'entreprise. La recherche a pour objectif de développer des outils de gestion à destination des cédants pour les aider à choisir le repreneur le plus approprié pour pérenniser leur entreprise.
