Abstract

Le terme " responsabilité " indique une réponse. Une réponse est une réaction (" action en retour ") volontaire ou bien consentie à un questionnement ou à une situation nouvelle. Le Marketing qui se dit être très réactif aux évolutions (ou mutations) sociétales se trouve donc en première ligne pour intégrer le développement durable et, plus généralement, la responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise. L'objectif principal de cette communication est de montrer que le Développement Durable est devenu une donnée de l'environnement et que la question n'est plus : " Faut-il le prendre en compte ? ", mais bien " Comment l'intégrer dans l'organisation ? ". Une modification de l'organisation suppose une réorientation stratégique et même politique . Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous devrons tout d'abord déterminer si le développement durable est ... durable - et qu'il s'agit bien d'une "tendance lourde" de l'environnement, et non pas seulement d'un "phénomène de mode".
