Abstract

Au cours des dernières décennies, les entreprises françaises ont dû s'adapter à un environnement économique en mutation, et à une compétition accrue au niveau international. Afin de prospérer, et dans certains cas pour survivre, certaines PME cherchent une issue aux défis de la concurrence dans leurs secteurs d'activité respectifs. Une alternative stratégique possible se trouve dans un nouveau management basé sur le travail en synergie ou dans le cadre d'une coopération entre organisations différentes , et allant de la constitution de filiales spécialisées au développement de stratégies d'alliances. Les différentes stratégies collectives apparaissent alors comme un moyen de gérer les interdépendances . La coopération entre différentes PME (Petites et Moyennes Entreprises) peut certes répondre à une compétitivité internationale toujours plus exigeante (changements technologiques, attentes des consommateurs, diversification de la main d'œuvre).
