Abstract

Dans un contexte de recherche de stratégie appropriée pour faire face à un environnement économique en mutation (changements technologiques, attentes des consommateurs, diversification de la main d'œuvre) et à une compétition accrue aux niveaux national et international, nous nous interrogeons sur les opportunités de collaboration offertes aux Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (PME) françaises. Alors que certaines entreprises ont opté pour un management basé sur le travail en synergie avec d'autres organisations dans leurs secteurs d'activité , nous souhaitons analyser dans quelles mesures et sous quelles conditions la collaboration dans un réseau est susceptible de concilier leurs intérêts. Pour répondre à ces questions et avant de confronter les représentations théoriques aux terrains, nous nous intéressons à la compréhension des concepts de réseau et de réseau d'entreprises et cherchons à comprendre le partage de leurs connaissances, et en particulier les impacts de la confiance et de la communication dans un réseau d'entreprises.
